Investiagtions Lieutenants – James R. Hatler

Robby has worked for the Police Department since 1995, and is a Lieutenant in the Criminal Investigations Division. He has received training in several areas including: Tennessee Law Enforcement Academy, Field Training Officer, Traffic Collision Investigation, Firearms Instructor, Radar Instructor, Various Investigations Training and the National Forensic Academy session 30. He graduated from Dresden High School.  Robby is a recent graduate of the FBI National Academy Session 281.
