Child Safety Seat Training

Child passenger seat training this week at the Martin Police Department. Officers from multiple Jurisdictions come together to learn about Child Restraint Safety.  The class, hosted by the Martin Police Department and the Martin Fire Department, was instructed by the Tennessee Highway Safety Office.

Martin Elementary School Resource Officer Adam Stringer has been teaching D.A.R.E. courses to the fifth grade students in their guidance class. During these courses, students are not only taught about the dangers of drugs, but given information to assist them in making good life decisions. Way to go Officer Adam!!!!
